About Dr. Nathan Mcclane, MD

Hello, I’m Nathan McClane, MD. I am a General Surgeon with a specialized focus on surgical wound care.
My journey began in Chino Hills, Southern California, where my passion for medicine was nurtured. I earned my medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 2019, and completed my surgical residency at HonorHealth in 2024. It was during this time that I discovered my true calling in wound care, a field that allows me to make a profound impact on my patients’ lives.
I have been privileged to contribute to the broader medical community through various publications, particularly in the fields of entomology and bleeding & thrombosis. These academic endeavors have deepened my understanding of the complexities involved in wound healing and patient care.
My interests extend beyond the operating room; I am particularly drawn to the evolving fields of biosurgery and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which offer cuttingedge solutions for complex wound cases. I am also keen on the business aspects of healthcare, constantly seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the services we provide.
Here you can expect a blend of innovative techniques and compassionate care. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the wound, ensuring that each patient receives a tailored treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with post-surgical recovery or chronic wound management, I am here to guide you through every step of the healing process.
