To claim your profile on Wound Dock™, simply search for your name using the search tool above. If your profile exists, select it and follow the verification steps to confirm your identity. Once verified, you’ll gain full access to manage and update your listing. You can also add in your state / NPI number to minimize the search results.
If you are not currently listed and would like to be, you will see a form after the search results where you can add your profile. Put in your NPI number and an email address you would like to use to receive patient forms. This will be your username. You are then forwarded to a page to pick a package. There are three packages total. You will have to upload a profile picture to save your profile.
Wound Dock™ offers both free and enhanced profile options for wound care providers. Basic profile claiming allows you to manage your information, while advanced features—such as increased visibility, additional condition listings, and enhanced profile placement—may be available through premium options. We also have an educational contributor option that allows you to post your own resources / educational blogs.
